Focus Indoors

On a fairly steep plot, a single-family home is planned on condition that the entire living area will remain on one floor.

To achieve this, all the units are concentrated on the access floor, separating them into a day area and a night area.

The daytime area, with a broken access that gives privacy, is distributed in fluid spaces and linked to a large projecting terrace overlooking the interior area of the plot. The bedrooms, located further inside to protect from noise and views, face east, placing the elements of short stay, such as bathrooms and dressing rooms, on the west façade to create protection and a climate buffer.

Taking advantage of the unevenness, we create a semi-basement with access from the inside and direct to the plot, projecting a leisure area.

The infinity pool allows us to display water and light to enjoy from the house, and due to its intermediate position, it has an easy and comfortable location to be used from any floor.

The house is designed to have almost zero energy consumption, having fireplaces with heat distribution, great thermal insulation and the logical distribution of each room, promoting cross ventilation, closing to the west and protecting open areas to the south with mobile elements.
