Clarity and order for new needs.
Our clients needed renovations done in the whole house: its more than 15 years of use showed, its strong colours and dark furniture dwarfed the rooms, enhancing its darkness and their little functionality.
We opted for light, neutral colours that would produce light and spaciousness, but with brushstrokes that would offer personality and warmth.
The light tones of the flooring used throughout the house offered continuity and avoids visual compartmentalisation.
As for the 18m2 living-dining room, we distributed it in such a way that it was very comfortable and functional, visually incorporating the entrance to give a more spacious feeling, but generating privacy through a medium-height designed piece of furniture, which worked diving the dining area and the hall.
The kitchen in white but with a strong granite in green tones that configured the countertop and its front, created a bright and orderly space, with an efficient distribution to facilitate its use at all times.
The main bedroom continued with the same format, designing the corner wardrobe and taking advantage of a space for a shoe rack and a television area, plus an en-suite bathroom, leaving a totally private area.
We turned the toilet into a full bathroom, and we gave the remaining rooms a youthful design, but avoiding trends that could go out of style.
